Per the TRIIBE, a local black media outlet, the membership of the NABJ were just informed via email YESTERDAY about this. Apparently, even the Chicago NABJ chapter hosting this conference wasn't informed until yesterday. One of the conference co-chairs resigned in protest. The Q&A will be conducted and only 3 hand picked black journalists from Fox, ABC and another media outlet will be allowed to ask questions. I bet even the questions will be pre-approved softballs. Many of the local black journalists are pissed at the NABJs lack of transparency regarding this whole debacle.

There are only about 4 journalists left in the U.S.
