I truly believe these days will have a resurgence once people realize how great our lives were as youngsters

I’m 81 and still love the music and dancing of the 50’s.

I'm 76 and grew up in York in the north of England in the '50s and '60s and played in a group (not a band) in York and London in the '60s and '70s. We thought music would always sound this good - we were wrong 🎸💓

I'm 75 years old in a matter of weeks and these remind me of my innocent, safe childhood. Summers and we were out playing all day sometimes skipping meals. Our friends were genuine and didn't compete for material things. Happy Memories of Halcyon Days NEVER to return. Thank you for sharing and allowing me to wallow in reminiscing of my Childhood ❤❤❤❤🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿❤️🌹👍🌟
  • We had such a wonderful time, and the most beautiful music, our poor children and grandchildren life in the most horrible times ever!!!!
  • I’m 72 and I’m so blessed to be alive and able to hear this music. Thank you

How I wish I were a teenager back in the 1950's. This was a simpler, less complicated time. Tablets, X-boxes, cell phones, who needs them? The 1950's and early '60's had it all. Thanks for sharing this music 🎵🎶.

Just a magnificent collection of great old music. The best our generation had to offer. Todays music insults my ears.
  • RIP, to all the guys & gals who gave us the music of our lives ! ------------------MJL< 76 y/o
  • I am 81 and not only love listening to this music but am still playing as a drummer in a rock n roll band still gigging. Started playing in 1958 when rock n roll reached England. Still get a kick out of playing as much as I did when I started at 17. Keeps me fit and alive.

My Hero passed at 74 this past November, and all I can say is Thank You, Dad for raising us with the songs of your Era. I feel connected listening to these songs and just wish we had more time. I miss you, dad. So very much...
