    Good decision to make it a 1 bedroom home. Owners stay in a house permanently as opposed to guests. So it's only fair that they think of their needs before that of guests. Guests can always be accommodated. Couple was sweet too.

    Beautiful. I would miss a second bedroom. And the kitchen cabinets were a bit too much for me in color but overall beautiful!

    Me? I’d be thrilled to be there at any point in life. But, thinking of them, I’d buy one of the empty lots next door, add a couple of bedrooms and another full bath, porch, patio and garage. No matter who’s downsizing, they’ll need their own space after leaving such a large home for this bandbox.

    An interesting renovation. I am presuming they mean to age in place, because a one bedroom house is always a hard sell.
