I would disagree on that supremacy RR + 4th times. It does more damage than Kinetic if you use both as a non swap option but as more single or dump another gun then single oriented DPS weapon rotation. It does do less than BnS obviously but I’ve found myself in multiple scenarios where I am not swapping enough to use kinetic but not making supremacy the main focus enough to warrant BnS. In that case I think RR and 4th times shines there. One example is Oryx, when whisper runs out of ammo I can swap to RR 4th times supremacy to do significantly higher damage than another sniper would dish out. Additionally (while my gaming hardware doesn’t let me load my inventory fast enough to make use of this) one can use the kinetic tremors roll for a rotation and when the heavy runs out of ammo, swap to the 4th times roll and make that the damage dealing weapon. This would also work well in scenarios where you can’t afford to run double special for whatever reason, and so once you run out of heavy ammo you can swap to 4th times and use it alone since you’re secondary gun is a simple primary ammo gun. It’s DEFINITELY more niche, but to say I never get use out of it or it’s solely a gimmick I think does it an injustice, but that may be the environment I play in too. I play sort of in the mid ground of casual and serious players. With usually at least 1 or 2 unoptimized LFG members in my semi or mostly optimized group, sometimes I have to play un optimized for various reasons leading me to use the technically weaker/nicher roll.
