    I eat Organic celery, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds every day for zinc. Youā€™d be amazed at the benefits of eating simple celery. It actually is rich in a lot of essential micronutrients.

    When I hear that šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘ CLAPšŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘, I know it's another great video from @Dr. Jin W. Sung. I have taken 59mg of zinc of various absorbable forms for the past quarter century. I have never tested too high either via serum or intracellular micronutrient methods.
