**Zinc binds to approximately 2800 human proteins for Catabolic, Structural and Regulatory functions.

**Important for growth, health of connective tissue, cognition and immune function
**Zinc deficiency maybe associated with Autoimmune conditions, cardiovascular disease, neurodegeneration, prostatitis & PCOS
**Increase need for zinc with high intensity exercise, vegetarian diets and hypertensive medications.

Foods: Oysters, crabs, lobster, red meat, poultry, nuts etc.

  • I eat Organic celery, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds every day for zinc. You’d be amazed at the benefits of eating simple celery. It actually is rich in a lot of essential micronutrients.

    When I hear that 👏👏👏 CLAP👏👏👏, I know it's another great video from @Dr. Jin W. Sung. I have taken 59mg of zinc of various absorbable forms for the past quarter century. I have never tested too high either via serum or intracellular micronutrient methods.
