Probably the year where I have the most unpopular top 3 with: 1 Bosnia 2 Latvia 3 Netherlands

Glad to see such a video from you. I really enjoyed your comments and strongly agreed on most of them. Some stuff that is different: Turkey (probably I like Turkish entries too much or that Hatari globe hypnotized me, but I enjoy this entry). Albania (it's my top 3 entry of that year, I really feel the passion of it and the fact that it's bilingual rock song is very appealing to me). Bulgaria ( again female rock song on native language with good vocals and very catchy piano part, my top 3 entry). I don't think Netherlands deserved this last place, but still it's a bottom placement song for me. So sad to hear the story behind the song from Iceland... But It's still not for me. Idk why but Estonian song is a bit annoying to me... Good to see that you like Cyprus, one of my absolute favorites of that year, ethnic influence is great here. It’s a mystery how it didn't make it to the final. Taken by a Stranger is better than Satellite by far for me, love this mystical dark vibes. I heard "I can" in some TV ads when I was a kid and didn't know it's from ESC. Gives me a very pleasant nostalgic feeling, great song. I love Rusinka too, very catchy energetic song. RIP Vlatko Ilievski. YES! So Lucky is pure entertainment. Imo Zdob si Zdub were iconic each time, Moldova at its best. YES! Georgia! Very classy fire rock song. About Greece. I absolutely love choruses and that instrumental is stunning. But that English rap with a heavy accent massively downgrades the song for me, in this case I would prefer the whole song in Greek… In general I would say it’s a year of nice songs quality, but a bad one for results.

Thank you for uploading this! I always thought that Eurovision 2011 was a depressingly weak edition, but in the last months I have been revisiting old entries in order to rank Eurovision editions, and 2011 will end up surprisingly high in my ranking. Though in your case you're probably biased because it was hosted by your country... Anyway, the winner was still the most unremarkable one ever. Pretty much any other song in the top 9 (except Ukraine) would have been a deserved winner imho. 2011 was actually the year when we (Greece) sent our best entry ever (and it would have been my favourite if 2004-5 weren't so strongly present in my childhood memories). I also have Georgia in my top 3.

Hey, Jere! Please, review your points in Gomesvision Semi-final 2. You voted for Ukraine and Albania, but neither country is participating in this semi-final. You can erase this comment if you want😅.
