AU setting:
The LOV and Deku grew up together in the hidden kingdom of magic, they are all royalty. They were sent out to experience life in human society for a few years before going back to run the kingdom. The LOV already has some experience and is starting to pick up royal duties, but Deku has only just begun to learn how to deal with his duties, and he isn't sure what he is meant to do.
Shiggy is in charge of managing the kingdom, Dabi is in charge of the protection, and Toga runs her little area (it's a part of the kingdom, just too far from the main castle that it needs a royal to be there).
Deku sneaked out of the dorms to see the LOV and tell them his issues and seek advice. Little did he know, because of his strange behavior lately, his class decided to keep an eye on him. So when he met up with the LOV, his class, and teachers all followed him.
Yes, they do have wings, they just hide them.
