Today we try to catch every Pokemon in Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald - all within 24 hours. A little advice: instead of walking you can use the jump bike to provoke encounters. Hold b when on a grass patch, and eventually a Pokemon will appear. This is great to avoid wasting steps in the Safari or when under repel.

Will say. 3rd gen Ruby, Sapphire, & Emerald were the first Pokémon games I've played, and just realized how much of a errand boy they make you for doing adult tasks at only 10 years old

At least you didn't get a shiny male starter. Or a shiny pooch while resetting. Or a shiny ralts while teaching Wally to catch a pokemon. that would suck.

This made me remember my whismur toy. A simple no articulation lump of plastic but he was so shiny and pleasant to the touch. Love that guy.

Plusle and Minun aren’t actually version exclusives. Minun has a lower encounter rate in Sapphire and Plusle has a lower encounter rate in Ruby.
