Take your time decorating! I got so excited when we bought our house that I was buying decor without really having a plan for what I wanted the end result to be. I ended up giving most of our things away bc it didn’t match the vibe I was going for.

Hey Essy! I would say be sure you save tags and receipts, and don't be afraid to take any decor you buy back to the store if it ends up not working. Even if you don't have the receipt or the return time has passed, as long as you have the tags and any item you later decide against is still in original condition, you can still return it for store credit. It can be a tedious, time consuming process of going around to stores and also having to exchange online purchases to get just the right pieces. So you already know, just take your time, pace yourself and be patient with the process. Your place is gonna be super cute, so definitely keep us updated on all your shopping hauls!
