Who is Davriel?

Hey everyone! Just going to jump ahead of the comments here to address the audio, because I know it still has a pretty severe echo. I do have a plan to fix it, but with most of the world on lockdown at the moment, I felt it was better to just get this video done so you all have something to watch while stuck at home. I promise we're not done making improvements though, and want to thank everyone who helped make Magic Arcanum what it is today. This guy has a sword cane and that's only like the fifth coolest thing about him.

"My name is Davriel Cane. I'm ?? years old. My house is in the Northeast section of Innistrad, where all the vampire lords are, and I am not married. I work as an accountant for many Demons, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I commonly drink tea in peace. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get 8 hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of hot tea and a 20 minute conversation with the Entity, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I love Davriel being smart enough to outsmart demons and the ability to turn people’s magic against them. That’s an amazing ability set to me and I can’t wait to see more of him.

I loved how people saw Davriel's card and got stoked about this badass Darth Vader looking mage, not knowing it is just a front to protect his identity... and tea

I actually laughed at loud at the "if you had to guess..." I can totally imagine Davriel trying to strike up a demon deal with ob nix in the middle of the invasion lol

Davriel is my favorite planeswalker. He just has such a funny personality and he's so smart. We definitely need more of him and Miss Highwater.

I really like that his WAR card reflects how he tried so hard to left a bad impression of his powers so no one would call him again

Its my headcannon that the reason his planeswalker card doesn't exactly reflect his powers is he was just too lazy to use them.

Davriels planeswalker ability and sorcery card both doing discard and noncombat damage make so much more sense after this video. I run them both in my mono black. I wish he had a couple more cards, maybe a legit plaeswalker with 3 abilities, or some more sorcery/instants.

Davriel is a big mood tbh, he might have just become one of my favorite plansewalkers.
