Pixar is the master of animations. I wanted to see what it takes to create such an animation and if you could do it yourself. So I started creating my own.

It's not Pixar quality, yet it looks impressive for a one-man product.
  • @hi_its_jerry
the fact that you did this all on your own is quite impressive
  • @Smeaf
I need the second part ASAP
  • That's a very cool result, like you said, the light help to make your scene alive, it's crazy !

There are so many Blender tutorials focusing on technical stuff, how to do donuts etc, those are of course needed but very few videos actually is focusing on animation, styles, esthestics and film-creation. I think this video is quite unique, also due to that it requires a lot knowledge and hard work. There is nothing anymore that can stop film-creation more than our passion and hard work put into it
  • @OpenSorse
the transitions are so seamless, you did an amazing job on the editing process
  • @star-warsien
How does this not have more views? This was phenomenal man, great job! A true inspiration.

5:50 STORYTIME: I graduated 3 months ago cinematography school, and at my final exam I had to draw two people, where one was holding the other bride-style, I was struggling, so I just got up, asked my lightest classmate if she was doing well and could give me a second, and when she said yes I got her, picked her up and used it for reference to see how my arms were positioned. It was really fun, the exam went super well I got one of the highest scores! And my classmate got a nice one too😂

Dude, as a fellow creator who's created animations, I love see this process. It requires HIGH INTENT, SINCERE EFFORT, AND FAITH in the dream to make it reality! Keep it up, bro!!
  • @Lartsima
the legends say that the pie still looks like a brick
  • That cliffhanger in the end caught me by surprise, combining that with the sudden switch in music was the cherry on top. Excellent work!!
  • @BrownHuman
The Pie better have some character development in the next part lol !! great vid as always Nog
  • @bananakin1805
I feel that lighting can really make or break ur scene. Absolutely loved this vid and I'm eventually gonna try these steps for my workflow as well!
  • @mahanrohi35
Man, your work is great. You gave me a good motivation to start
  • @adibahmed10
Basic poses, refining, final animation. That seems like a very good animation workflow, thank you. I struggled so much with animation in the past but this might help me a lot in the future.
  • @watcher271
Dude you have the literal best editing style for a Blender artist that I've ever seen.
  • @art-eroflore
I really like how this video emphasizes the way that large studios workflows can be broken down and used for any smaller project. It's very ambitious to try something like this and I'm impressed.
