Another Chromium funfact. Chromium sired a son with his cousin Piru. The dude named his Crosis, wich means Death in Draconic. Chromium was so metal he named his son Death.

At first I didn’t appreciate being called out as a blue player, but then you brought it back and said you get a little tummy ache when you don’t have a counterspell

shoutout to the algorithm, psyched to find somebody talking about this lore
  • @Kryptnyt
Love the video, love Taysir, love Urza's commitment to perfectly engineering a way to absolutely obliterate your most powerful allies in the middle of a war you can't afford to lose. Shoutout to Sandruu who is still probably alive somewhere. Maybe someday he'll be back.

"Just checking in, do you know what the shard of the twelve worlds is?" is a phrase that has now instantly entered daily use for me.
  • @Insigneos
I like to imagine the five originals are in Taysir’s mind piloting him like Inside Out or a power ranger’s megazord

I love how the more you learn about Urza, the less and less tolerable as a being he becomes. Heck, he's pretty much openly evil during the Brothers' War, it's just that theirs the whole 'Phyrexia is a special kind of evil' trope in action, so we're supposed to be 'tolerant' of Urza's evil, because it's 'necessary', but of course it's not and he's one of the biggest problems the multi-verse has ever had. I'm saying that Urza is basically propaganda so the government can keep doing stuff like Iraq and Nam, 'necessary evil' BS is the worst BS.

Oh my gosh yesssssss finally a comprehensive video on Taysir. I was hoping for him in MH3 😢.

Never knew any of this about El-Hajjaj, who will always have a special place in my heart as my first rare from my first Revised Starter Deck. I tried to make him work so hard even though deep down even my teenage Timmy self knew there was no chance.
  • Um, excuse me YouTube, but how in the HELL have you only just recommended me this channel!? This video was brilliant!
  • 13:40 This part is so funny lol "Don't do it violently, do it with love, but not in a weird way just figure it out"
  • “Being smart has never stopped be from being a complete fucking idiot” -Urza, probably
  • @salemzev
Alice: "That's like Nici B levels of cruelty. They should Team up. They shouldn't. They shouldn't actually. Scratch that from the record." WOTC Story Team: "Yeah...... They should......."

(Spoiler) I always thought the panel of taysir’s death was a great rebuttal to people’s criticism of rebecca guay’s art style as being too whimsical. That scene was so brutal and her graphic depiction really highlighted how significant it was for ferroz to engage in violence to that degree.
