How DARE you decide to use garbage liners and try to simplify each stop to tossing a single bag instead of going through the struggle of grabbing 28 walmart shopping bags filled exclusively with wasp nests! People just don't want to see someone losing a bit of money for convenience, you should automatically be pinching every single penny you can for maximum profit! All sarcasm of course, love putting on one of your videos with my morning coffee :)
  • For $8000 I'll build you a tipper arm that not only dumps +1000 pounds. It will also be able to dump at any spot down the side of the trailer. You won't have to touch a single bag.
  • i love all the suggestions on how to "make it work" when he is clearly over it and made a whole video why it is not going to work.
  • I worked on the back of a garbage truck for 5 years. I can tell you that you can save a lot of time if you leave the garbage can at the curb after you dump it. Taking it back up the driveway or behind the fence takes up a lot of time over your 20+ stops trust me. Essentially the more houses you get, that will eat up a lot your time and add more time. Thats a quick was to gain time back.

I am amazed that tool cost 2k. It seems like it would cost around 750 based on construction. Maybe this can be looked at as a "one size doesnt fit all". Maybe having a tipper is still a good idea for 10-20% of the time. having both sides accessible seems like a great idea. How about several acccess points, front and rear so the trash piles you are dumping in are better spread out without needing spread out? Just thinking the lower the rail you have to clear to load the better.
  • That one look at the camera screamed “Me and my bright ideas” 🤣
  • You already know from your lawn service that there are some people will leave negative comments no matter what you do. And others who know everything even if they have never had anything to do with what you are doing. I, on the other hand, have no personal knowledge or feel that I have to give negative advice. I really like your videos. Doesn’t matter what you are doing. I can learn things, enjoy a good laugh, or just relax and watch someone else work. Keep up the good work!
  • Good learning experience! Having customers willing to pay in full for the year definitely helps. We charge a flat monthly rate all 12 months and offer a 10% discount in January to anyone who pays in full . It's a great way to start out the year with $10k -$20k sitting in the bank 😎☝️

Talk to Knight Global, we can make one with Air so all you need is an Air tank and 100% duty cycle Also Note, you already have hydraulic pump from you hydraulic dump trailer

I love the videos on the lawn care and trash services. Can't wait for the new ones. Have you thought about putting a door in the side cut-out on the wood railings to keep things from blowing out? You could leave it open while running the route and then close it when transporting the trash to the landfill.
  • Hey Brad, did you think about looking into dump Insert trash trucks where they can slot into a 25/3500 pick up truck bed with a hydraulic tipper and garbage sweep? They seem like a set up that could work really well for your application and the total cost for the insert would not be, anywhere near a full trash truck.
  • I love reading the comments on small business channels. The keyboard CEOs crack me up 😂
  • It's been really fun for me to watch your new business venture. There's a whole lot more to trash collection (without a proper truck) than expected. Great critical review. A+
  • This business development has brought me joy and I greatly look forward to your vids lately, thanks for doing this! Please share tks with the wife if she doesn't see this as well. You guys rock!
  • Brad, always enjoy watching your vids because they are clear, concise and informative! You have ventured into a new business and I for one appreciate how you honestly and fully disclose the ups and downs of starting out. Always floors me when people just feel that they need to be so critical! This for education and entertainment!! Keep up the good work and ignore the trolls!!! 👍
  • @grant00001

Keep up the good work! You’re learning, the cost of learning is worth it! Love the videos! Up north we need the 4 wheel drive all year round
