  • It's a calorie surplus that's getting people fat. Just make sure your body is getting all the nutrients it needs and stay in a calorie deficit and you will lose weight.

    No specific food makes you fat, but some foods increase your appetite with little nutritional value. A typical peanut butter jelly sandwich has processed peanut butter with added oils and sugar, jelly with added sugar and refined white bread. Switching to wholegrain or rye bread, using fresh strawberries instead of jelly and choosing a natural peanut butter with no added oil or sugar and measuring portions would give you better nutrition and would be equally as tasty as the refined version. It's not the foods themselves, it's how they are eaten and it's the foods added together. Making small decisions when it comes to things like this are key to big changes, and you never need to cut out any kind of food from your diet.

  • The amount of toxic ingredients in the foods you pick is horrible. Do not just focus on the carbs calories proteins etc. look at the ingredients as well.

  • This is what I mean y’all believe anything someone says as long as they look good just cuz they’re good looking don’t mean they know everything the only way to get fat is by eating in a caloric surplus and the only way to lose weight is by being in a caloric deficit regardless if it’s healthy or not calories in & calories out will dictate if your weight goes up or not simple as that
