One of the greatest interviews I've seen. JP handled an incredibly tricky interview and tied her in knots, especially the "gotcha" moment that left her flummoxed.

She was not confused. When you roll a dice 100 times and it comes up snake eyes every time, it is not pure co fusion. She knew what she was doing and intentionally was mischaracterizing him.

I totally agree with the steps we handle an argument and that is a safe way to command respect without being a jerk. Always assume positive intent, then restate your viewpoint from a different point, then call it out! Do not loose your cool and do not attach to the outcome. Let it be! Stick to your truth and let others have theirs.
