guys please dont post rude comments, he was a kid and he was raising awareness to world , he was 16 at that time And average life expectancy of kids with this syndrome 16-18. That means those were his last days and he knew it , imagine what he was going through but still smiling . RIP sam

For all you people who are being bullies, this child died because of progeria! He's not an "alien" he was a very nice person who didn't deserve this disease or haters! If you don't know what progeria is, SEARCH IT! It's nothing to joke or be rude about. Think of if you had this. It would suck. So think before you start posting rude stuff over social media! R.I.P❤️

I just wanted to say thank you Katie Couric and crew; it is because of you that I met Sam. He is still quite an inspiration to me despite losing him to a better place.
