Idk which is worse, summoning bill, the dorito from hell into our realm by buying the book, reading it, and seeing your name in it, or accidentally summoning the darkness from pibby into our realm through science.

Fun fact: at the end of the book we learn what happens to bill and that’s he’s the only one of him there. And since it’s confirmed that there infinite other universes,it means that in only one universe out of infinity the pines won.

I think messy-hair Mabel is a reference to the episode "Time Traveler's Pig." It's her alternate timeline self, when she never won Waddles and stayed depressed.

Our Dipper and Mabel facing evil versions of themselves would work quite well as a special or movie, but I would definitely not like to see that premise dragged out into a full sequel series.

When I first bought the hardcover of the book of bill last week, I was immediately fascinated with the art style as I felt it’s a huge callback to the previous first two seasons of the show, I think bill knows that his presence took me into dipper and mables time continuum as a flashback that talks about them facing different versions of themselves and seeing what the future would hold especially for Stan and uncle ford.

I can't believe there is still official property being released from this series, and it isn't the kind that ruins the storytelling but grows with it!

1:54 It's mentioned in the book that the events of the Gravity Falls we saw in the show takes place in the ONLY universe in which the Pines Family succeded in defeating Bill Cipher without any major casualties. This is very similar to Invincible where the our main universe is the only reality in which Mark is a good guy and didn't teamed up with his father in conquering Earth for the Viltrum Empire.

I think a stand alone book or maybe a stand alone movie would be better than a full on revival for this multiverse storyline.

No one is talking about the page with all of the dreams of the people from the prophecy. Dipper hearing his parents arguing is heartbreaking, and could lead to a divorce story, having the twins separated.

NOW THIS is how you keep an audience interested over ten years after your original show!! I LOVE when creators know their audience and build on their ideas to be more adult bc the original audience are adults now! I’m so excited for anything new to come from gravity falls, I love this team
