I boxed a few times, im not the best but i would suggest to hold your hands close to your chin and when you punch bring your hands back to your chin. I would also suggest you bend your knees a little bit with your lead foot forward and the other foot back, then kinda stand sideways. Once your in this stance the fist thats on your lead leg side is the jab wich isn't usually supposed to have power, its supposed to be quick. Than the fist of the non lead leg is a overhand right, this is supposed to have alot of power so when you throw it your supposed to bring your hips into it and turn your while body but always make sure you return to your stance when your done a combination. I bet there is alot of YouTube videos that can explain this better than me. You could search up "proper boxing stance" and "how to throw a 1 2". I respect what your doing l, never to old to start boxing.

Also I'm in my loft that's why I'm aiming so low gonna move it to middle soon as get rid of all the plant pots 😅
  • 1. We need to see your feet to evaluate your stance 2. You are openning your elbow when you punch wich isnt correct 3. Your hands are not returning to the initial guard position after punches 4. It seems like you are punchin with arms only and not getting the body weight in with a good waist rolling Dont be discouraged sir even without good technique you certainly burned some calories, i recommend you to search videos for boxing stance and guard, basic jab and cross technique to start improving Excuseme if my writing is hard to understand, im not a native english speaker.
