    I miss cooking like this. Before I was a baker for a living I cooked scratch meals 4 times a week. Now I have picky eaters and no time, so it’s semi homemade goulash now 😅

    In my country we make this all the time (albania) but we dont tend to use any milk/cream. Instead just add some water to thin out the tomato sauce (pasta water if you want it thicker), dice some white cheese and throw it in. It will kinda melt and bring everything together. Also season with some fresh basil !! It's a must to go with the oily nature of this dish ;)) Btw im love with your channel and recipies~ You introduced me to some really fun dishes and sh got me hooked on filipino food ^^
