  • (Spoilers for the 3rd Midnight Scenes) Jack seemed to miss the "very odd" fact that the father had a "kissed" photo of the deceased nanny in a box, which also suspiciously contained condoms (which also suspiciously triggers the "Father's Secret" achievement), that was locked in a cabinet within his office. This can mean one of two things: 1) The nanny and the father were having a secret affair behind the mother's back. When the nanny went to expose their affair, the father killed her to keep her silent. But because of the mysticism of the forest, her spirit remained and she decided to claim the kids as her own because of how much they meant to her and to get revenge on the father. 2) The "nanny" wasn't actually a nanny and was instead the kids' real mother, which would explain one of the kids being a baby at the time. When the father began an affair with his current wife, possibly the kids' nanny at the time, the "nanny" found out his secret and then he killed her, then told the kids that she was just the nanny. Same thing as before, the forest kept her spirit around and she went to regain her kids, but also to take revenge on the father. The most insidious part of all of this comes in the form of some of the other implications within the dialogue and events, which implies that the father seemingly wasn't just letting his affair stop at the "nanny", but rather was potentially sleeping with both Mrs. Jordan and possibly Veronica. For Mrs. Jordan: her death just seems random, but it would make sense if the "nanny" knew something. For Veronica: we know the father has already had a thing for nannies/babysitters, she asks Tina if she considers her part of the family yet, (according to Tina) she apparently already disappeared on them once before and Tina thinks she has a "boyfriend" she is seeing, she was apparently lured out to the forest by a duplicate of "someone" who can use the boat, and she ends up killed by the "nanny".
  • Jack, electrician here, you’d be very right about power lines like that being dangerous in any fashion. Power lines are normally running with 415 volts to 66,000 volts, either of those being increasingly dangerous when water is involved. Not to mention that the wire cables used by a line like that would be significantly too thick for bolt cutters. Stay safe people.

Sometimes I forget it’s Jack voicing the characters lol he’s so into it I love it
  • @jackrabbit.
"Eugh, Oliver, it's a worm, eat it!" Sean would be a GREAT dad.

Dad’s “secret” definitely had something to do with the murders and kidnappings in that last one. Also Tina’s attitude towards her parents is telling. She’s neglected; they don’t even bother to remember what toys they already gave her? That old nanny may have been more than just a nanny.

Horror game: sinister quiet intro Sean: "ITS REALLY REALLY QUIET IN HERE"
  • funfact! starlings in or near your house can mean the visit of the deceased trying to send a message, usually its considered a bad omen, at the beggining of the third episode, the kid mentions a starling just made a nest in a tree nearby
  • @2:25 fun fact, getting out of the car one foot at a time near that power line, unless 50 feet away, wouldve shocked her instantly if it wasn’t a video game. If you ever do come across a power line situation and you absolutely do need to get out of the car, you get out with both feet on the ground at the same time and bunny hop or shuffle your feet as you move away from the power line.

I really respect the fact that Jack had the heart and foresight to tell Madison how he really felt about her cooking. A true king

"Chrissy, wake up, I don't like this!" had me crying.

In case anyone is curious, the code to open the clean room during the second episode was 8 because it was the 8th (found on the wall next to Richard's desk). The top of the code list showed what appeared to be a mini-calendar as a hint.
  • I love that he has made the "chrissy, wake up" reference through multiple of his videos already. it is my favorite.
  • I love the little details of the goodbye note! Nothing is ever explicitly said during the entire lab segment, you're left to put the pieces together yourself! You never interacted with the real linda, as shown by her car being clawed and her glasses sitting broken under the seat. You walk in on her "checking the vents" while in reality she was putting the wind up toy inside to provoke you into going to check the clean room. Such awesome storytelling!!

Talk about top notch usage of the pixel art medium. Especially with how they managed to give it that old school black & white CRT TV vibe and effect for the first section. Love to see it. 👌👌

Jesus... Those first two were pretty neat, and more goofy or satirical than scary (in my opinion), but that third one actually fucked me up, ngl. I felt like I was gonna have a heart attack during the buildup to the rock's reveal.
  • @PR0L0
Sean, the "It's Linda again...on the intercom..." bit.....solid gold....you have completely obliterated my funny bone once more! 🤣
  • When the zombie monster attacks Oliver they're wearing an eyepatch.. so yea that was def the nanny coming back for them. fantastic story 10/10
  • @speciimenn
I laughed wayyyyy harder than I should’ve when he said “you’re cookings kinda shit but you make me a better man!” Ohhh my god I need a tissue
  • @askleivson275
That last story was incredible. The tension just kept building. This was a great experience.
  • I'm surprised that Seán didn't notice that the ghost/monster had an eyepatch just like the former nanny. The photo in the dad's office had a lipstick kiss on it, suggesting that the dad and nanny had an affair. Something must've happened and the nanny was murdered, but isn't "dead". The Ouija board spelled "I'm not" as in "I'm not dead". The nanny came back to claim the kids.
