Thanks for getting to the point early on rather than dancing around for 5-10 minutes(or more) as some YouTubers will do. 👍

Thomas, we don't watch the video to help you out. We watch it, because you provide great value with delivering your thoughts and findings. Thank you for that. And even the in video ads in my view are fair play with the timestamps.

I don't need to add another high priced exotic food into my diet. I will stick with walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, hazel nuts, brazil nuts, and once a week or every two weeks, crunchy peanut butter. Most likely you don't need it either. It's probably not going to make a big dent in your fat levels or your health. The quality of your overall diet will likely have a greater effect on fat levels and your health than a single specific exotic food.

Pay for the good food now; or pay the doctor later. My brothers medical bill last year (surgery) was $126,000. But he's too smart to maintain a quality diet.
  • Alot of people dont like the plants, seeds and nut route. But clean clean longevity and head-to-toe existing preserving power will keep sustaining and making you look and be 20 years younger & stronger.
  • Sacha inchi oil is $21 for 8.5 oz, cold pressed, unrefined on Amazon. 😊
  • macadamias still no 1in my opinion - no seed oil - not anti nutrients like oxalates and phytic acid and lectins - pure monounsatured fats

Question! Doesn’t the roasting process denature all the nutrients? I’d like to understand this before I order
  • @1stbridge
Quality prosciutto $20+/lb, same for grass finished beef, and now sacha inchi. I’m going broke!
  • Just subscribed because you gave the name at the beginning instead of making us chase our tails. Thank you. Still watching the entire video, no worries 💪

It took a bit. But eat them every day with 3 brazil nutts. Thank you for what you do!!!

Well, this doesn't appear to be a commonly available item at any supermarket around me. No workers have even heard of it 😮
  • Always appreciate your efforts! Question: how much and how long does one have to consume these seeds in order to see measurable results?
  • *BEST nuts: Pili, Pistachios, Macadamia. *Best seed: Sacha inchi
  • @aLboOGieZ
I think we need to hear more about this Sacha inchi, particularly the ways to prepare it and incorporate it into our diets
  • @EmetYAHU
Any C15 🧐 in Sacha Inchi oil ??
  • @Philusteen
    Sometimes i learn something, sometimes it's a long-form commercial.
