These are those videos where you wonder how anybody figures this out!? But I am glad you did! I wanted to use this effect and would have never found this out on my own. How do you save custom filters so you always have them available and don't have to organize them every time?

Things changed a bit in 1.3. Turbulent size = 2.7 now and displacement scale is now 2. (YMMV) My page size is 720x480. Dont know if that makes a difference. Still a cool effect!
