    My kids have grown up listening to you for about 7 years now. They don't remember me ever reading them a bedtime story which I did every single night for years. But they do remember falling asleep to you every night. We feel like you're a part of our family. Our inside joke is whilst. And my one son will randomly play one of your videos for the first 20+ seconds so that he can poke fun at me for breaking the rules and listening to you whilst driving 😂 Thank you for all that you do and all that you have had to do, to get to this place of pure love and grounded energy.   • I know people say this all the time, but my life is so much better because of Michael. I suffer from CPTSD, and have never slept well, even as a small child.     Hey Michael I really hope you see this. I've been treating Lyme disease since last year and one of the nastiest symptoms of my treatment has been chronic insomnia. You've helped me get to sleep so many times. I'm still working through treatment and still suffering from the insomnia but your videos have been a constant source of healing and relaxation.   • The first night I did this I slept very deeply but thought it was partly due to several nights of insomnia. Last night I did it again and fell asleep so quickly and slept deeply throughout the night which is very unusual and most welcome. Thank you so much
