It would be hilarious if one day we zoom out of the Mad Max Universe to find out what the rest of the world is fine and this has only happened in Australia.
  • This is the most Australian Chris Hemsworth has ever gotten to be on-screen. Witness him!!

"The best film to ever be called a disappointment" honestly made me slightly emotional because of how true it is. I just hope this movie finds an audience on what's left of home video and streaming because it deserved so much better than it got.

Immortan: She looks pale Dementus: YOU look pale! She's perfect! Not like the genetic absurdities you have for sons! 😂😂😭

Even after the apocalypse, Aussie roads have fewer pot holes than where I live. Their department of transportation must have survived somehow. Late at night, road crews fix up all the potholes made by people throwing explosives at each other while driving. Just in time for next day's road war. Someone should do a movie about the road crews.

I saw it at the theaters and now I am awaited in Valhalla!!!

“Aw, witness we” got me so good 😂

Where are you two going, so full of hope? THERE IS NO HOPE!
  • Having Immortan Joe being the regional manager in this movie is so interesting cuz Fury Road is only from the Wives' and Furiosa's POV so of course he's scary & ruthless. To everyone else, he's just the old boss

I often shout ‘what a lovely day’ in the most manic tone possible

I really liked Furiosa despite the common criticisms (too much CG, etc.). I recommended it to all my friends after watching it on a big screen at the end of May. I really hope we can still see sequels in the future.

Please say in your epic voice: "I quit drinking for good. Now I drink for evil."
  • “Spinning Truck Nuts”…you always make me cough laugh 🤣

Word of Saint Paul (from TV Tropes): According to his actor Goran D. Kleut, he and the crew discussed a potential backstory where the Octoboss and his gang grew up together after the apocalypse, before meeting Dementus, and he was inspired to master flight by listening to the History Man and his stories and wondering about how to find the Place of Abundance Mary and Furiosa came from. Also, the source of his name is Shrouded in Myth and could refer to (among other things) the compass points, a fight with eight other warlord bosses, or have simply originated from an octopus kite the Octoboss found before adopting that name.

I saw this in IMAX and it was the best theater experience of the year.

I didn't really want to see Furiosa, but my husband convinced me and I thought it was pretty solid. I think I even liked it more than he did. Chris Hemsworth killed it in his role, and I thought the movie did a great job of making that every single scene moved the story forward in some way or another.
