Omg I would get a lawyer and start suing a whole lot of people. That's a lot of people who dropped the ball. I'm so sorry this happened to your Uncle. I would've cold flipped had it happen when ny grandparents passed. Sending prayers love and light your way. Thats a huge blessing coming to your family's way. this is crazy, that someone can transfer assets like a house without any supporting paperwork. these probate judges just want to process each case as quickly as possible and be done with it.
