Leap-frog was my favourite game when I was a school boy. We came together at break time and played it. I remember the joy we had while playing 😂🎉
  • Usually i take my time to sitting in front of tables and i know it's not good for my health. But day by day i feel i'm going to be a lazy person. I think this is from my phone. But i'd like to stay healthy and keep fit. I try to avoid my phone and in the evening i run with my friend. Honestly i don't like doing housework anymore but i try to do it. 😊

George had a wake-up call when he discovered the silent threat of eating only tuna and cucumber sandwiches. They are not nutritious enough. Also, tuna and cucumber sandwiches don't provide enough energy for George, so opponents can easily leapfrog him when he competes in the Paris Olympics!
  • I do exercises 6 days a week! I can say that I feel great! I recommend everyone to do exercises...😃 🏃‍♂🏋
  • Depression is another silent killer. Thank you so much for this new podcast that is quite a wake-up call fo us to be more active .😊🎉

In fact , this video is a real wake up call for me since I haven't to do any exercises from a long time , Moreover I have learned from this video so many expressions although it's only 9 minutes . And thank you for the reminder 😉

I definitely do stay active. I go to the gym 3 days a week and I also have other activities that have to do with leisure, but they also imply moving, walking to places and so on. Great lesson. I'm surprised the so many interesting subjects you talk about. Many thanks BBC teachers!
  • I do my moning exercises and go for a walk for one or more hours every day. I adore listening to your podcasts while walking in the park❤

I’m 77 and still look after my garden. Do cooking for my daughters and grandchildren.
  • Thanks for sharing valuable lesson to care our health. Working out is the most effective factors that help us our health. This will improve the rest of our whole life. I left going running for 6 months, My body needs to come back exercise habits and avoid silent risks as diseases or stroke attacks. Thanks BBC

Hi, there.😊 I've noticed that not only adults, but also children and teenagers are inactive in my country(Japan), where we can see an increasing polarization: some do exercise a lot, while others don't at all. I'd say excessive heat in summer might keep people from doing exercise because it's too hot to stay outside.😓 As always, thank you for your outstanding lesson.👏🙏 I can't wait for another one!🤗
  • So basically leapfrong means to overcome something or someone, right?
