Why Use Sea Moss Gel?

For overall health, I use it to "fill in the gaps" to get minerals that I don't get grocery store produce due to the soil being deficient.

For weight gain goals, it helps keep my bones healthy which is needed when lifting weights as you can't do weight bearing exercises (especially squats) if you have bad joints (bad knees). Also potassium especially is needed to reduce muscle cramps as it is an electrolyte. This is why some people hydrate with coconut water after an intense workout session. You want to make sure you are HEALTHY when gaining weight.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I do NOT make the claim that sea moss has "92 minerals out of the 102 minerals the body needs. There are over 30,000 sea moss genus and species from all over the world, and all of them have not been tested for this statement to be true (it could be, I just have not confirmed it yet so I can't make that statement). However, as a long time consumer of sea veggies in general, (not just sea moss), I do know that sea vegetation is high in things like iodine, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, and sulfer. Once again please read the linked articles above for more information (I will linked them below again). You will find sources linked to different marine sites so you can start to conduct your own research. Be an educated consumer!

ATTENTION🔊 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 Where to buy Gracilaria Sea Moss veganwithcurves.com/sea-moss-vs-irish-moss/#Where_… Where to buy Chondrus Crispus veganwithcurves.com/sea-moss-vs-irish-moss/#Where_… Please read the article listed below to learn more about sea moss. This video ONLY covers how to make it into a gel. There are A LOT of people giving misinformation and selling this stuff when they are not educated on it. The articles linked below are non bias (as I do not sell sea moss myself) and they link out to marine sites so you can research yourself and be more educated about sea moss. A word of caution - having too much of this can negatively affect your thyroid, use small amounts daily for optimal health, give yourself a break once in a while, and listen to your body as always. Great video!

Been drinking sea moss as a drink since I was a child. It's amazing to see how much it has become trendy

This is a very good video about showing how to wash, clean, and make the seamoss gel before proceeding to make the drink. I'll share my recipe below if anyone would like to try it. I've been preparing and making seamoss for the past fifty years (50). I first rinse it well and soak overnight with some lemon/lime juice. The next day, I rinse it again, add clean water, and boil (it doesn't have to be boiled)! When I'm making my drink, I add to a blender some of the seamoss gel, evaporated milk, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, Angostura bitters, and blend until smooth. This is not (only) nutritious but also very delicious!
  • Your video was so detailed and easy to make. I was originally scared to try but this made it so easy. Thank you. I didn't have this type of sea moss but I did find a type. We will see how it goes. Again, thank you.
  • Sea Moss is an honest Superfood! Giving your body 92 out of the 102 minerals needs... you can't go wrong. Swing by my Canadian, Black-owned shop, and have a peak. Thank you for the AMAZING video!

  • @dravafox
Allo luv! Love your website, and love this video, many thanks! One request though: instead of '1 cup' or '2 cups' of the moss at start, can you weigh it or give us an approximate weight measurement? I get it, its like the way i cook a lot of things by just eye-balling it, but if you're going to give 1st-timers (like me) instructions, its waaaay more accurate to do it by weight the first time and as a baseline. much love! 💖
