hope!! for future reference caviar IS roe. similar to rectangles and squares ALL caviar is a type of roe (fish eggs) but CAVIAR itself is usually exclusively sturgeon roe :)

There are two versions of poppin cookin. An American version and a Japanese version. The American versions are all sweet (which is what you got). The Japanese versions are sweet and savory (example: hamburger and takoyaki are savory)

idk you noticed. but there are guides on the packaging that tells you how big to roll things out, how to cut/shape, etc. the bag also had printed food trays and things like that.
