Police will justify this case . The LEO was a problem before he was hired . Most LEO'S are not social workers for mental health though they see and get OJT as they go about their occupation . The LEO involved with this latest case is more like a cop as troubled as the suspect in his mind. There will be little done , and the usual statement will be from police department, " More training. " While denying there is a real threat and problem with policing culture in America today. Qualified immunity needs reform and complete over haul to be consistent with how they deal with the public at all service calls .

I'm sorry Mr. Bowman your NOT going to earn my outrage today. I've never seen you stand at that podium and express outrage and to demand everyone should join you in this outrage for a "white" anything, child, adult or elderly. Go on BET.

Tony Timpa, Dennis Tuttle, Rhogena Nicholas and the other non-black people that make up the majority of unarmed police fatalities.
  • Dude shut up; you just want more attention, even though you got voted out

"clearly struggling with mental illness" is a foolish comment. You're no psychiatrist and you're giving the police a defense. Her behavior was unusual but didn't rise to the level of "mental illness" and she was no threat. frankly, i think that she was just really scared and intimated by this huge 6'4 cup being so aggressive, even with his initial door knock, when she's the one that called for help.
