Looking back now, the nuka world/cola update was among the best and most fun, as nearly every reward was worth it, ESPECIALLY this weapon. And the fact that they brought nuka world on tour and brought us 2 new events.

So instead of the run of the mill 25% Faster Fire Rate, it has 90ish% FFR, nice.

Not sure why they just didn't add the launcher for gold bullion, pretty greedy on beth's part

I'm happy to get this on PC as I was on PS when this season came up. Agreed that they could have added via bullion.

Most Uplink Daily Ops will actually gain you back 100+ 40mm Grenades than you use with the Nuka Launcher. Especially if you're with a group. It's very easy to get 40mm Grenades by farming Uplink Daily Ops with a group.

I have access to 24 ammo boxes/duffle bags near my camp next to vault 76. With the scrounger perk it gives plenty.

fyi the Assassin armor mod (reduced damage from humans) will actually reduce self damage from your own explosions also it's very easy to be ammo positive with 40mm if you do a lot of expeditions/daily ops, you don't need to get them from the ammo machine.
