This poker player got so tilted that he decided to deliberately waste all of his precious time banks in a $5,300 buy-in poker tournament because of what he thought, was a bad play from his opponent.

This is the story of an underdog. A nice and witty old man, who trades jabs back and forth with his more experienced, but overconfident competitor, Eric Afriat. Does Boatman have what it takes to come out on top for the over $1.2 million for 1st place?

I never knew Barny Boatman before this video and I can now say I'm a huge fan. "It's my tournament life, not my actual life" 🤣🤣🤣

He’s wearing an ascot . Unless your solving a mystery with Scooby-Doo then he’s not to be trusted 😂😂😂

"Yeah it's my tournament life, not my actual life" might be one of the best comebacks I've ever heard at a table😂

Afriat did it to himself. He was in a strong position before he bluffed away half his chips. It was a brave bluff, but don't cry when it fails to get through.
  • that boatman "i want the weakest player to win the pot" without saying who that is, is completely perfect.

I find that people always tell you how bad you're playing when you beat them.

My guilty pleasure is someone bluffing, losing, and then getting mad at the person who called and telling them they should have folded.

Afriat is known as the guy who can't find his new table draw if the big blind is close. Like, "where's table 13" when its right in front of his face, then roams the tourney floor for like 5 mins. First hand account at MSPT Venetian a couple years ago.
  • Using time bank to let your feelings cool off might actually be the smartest use of time bank to be fair.

I love Barny's emotion after winning the tournament. He played amazingly.

I've played with this clown one time in Tampa and he berated a guy for bluffing him for legit half an hour. The whole table couldn't believe this "grown man" was doing this.

Dude thinks he's Marlon Brando in The Godfather 😂
  • lmao i love the commentator sighing, "I told you this guy's a joke"
  • @djspair
7:00 The "play responsibly" chyron on Afriat's forehead couldn't be more fitting. 😂

Boatman is an old school G. He’s been a class act for decades

I mean Eric Afrait picked one of the absolute worst bluff combos possible to bluff with lmao
  • @docskate4312
That Afrait guy is like a cartoon. Most laughable: the ridiculously wide band of his wristwatch😂😂😂
