  • I'm italian: In your video i saw a lot of experience from you, how you make sausages, and how you make the pizza, obviosly. For all the viewers, everyone has his own recipe, I'm here to show mine: For the dough i put the flour in one side and water in the other one, melt the salt in the water and put the yeast in the flour, than mix everything. I try not to put the salt in contact with the yeast, as it is a water absorber, it would probably drink the water of the yeast's enzymes and they would die. For the tomato, i use the pulp, not the sauce, i put a little bit of olive oil and some basil, and i neither use mixer nor i cook it, and then mozzarella, i cut it in strips medium size. This is how i'm used to make Pizza!!! Love your channel🔥🔥

    I can't believe that he spent all the time making the sausage for the one-day pizza, but don't used cold fermentation for the dough. It's so simple, and brings much more flavor.

    The last pizza looked incredible, but there are two things I'd personally change. Firstly, you could make the dough first, and just let it rest for as long as you'd need. It would be a million times tastier even after 5-6 hours. And secondly, please don't spread the dough by using a rolling pin. Use your hands! Pizza doesn't have to be perfectly round. And also by using a rolling pin you push all the good gasses out of the dough, making it chewy, and condensed. Try using palms of your hands and it will be much, much better!
