Très bon court-métrage. Les personnages sont attachants, on ne dépeint pas la mort comme forcément mauvaise et les décors sont magnifiques.

ughhhh!!!!! so ok people who do not speak french..let me tell you..this one was super sad for me...it definitely was not a happy ending..depending on how you look at it...basically the little girl is an orphan and death comes for her...but she ends up befriending him because she destroyed his scythe and she said she could find another...so he follows her to the saint death statue...he takes holy deaths scythe and is ready to strike her there but he decides not to when they hear the bell ring..she says she has to return to the orphanage or she will get in trouble but she really doesn't want to go back there...she says she wants to go with him..he says she can't because he has to go back to work then..she asks if he will return again and he says yes but another day...then she gets hit by that run away carriage..so they walk on together as she has died.....

Je vois l'histoire plutôt dans ce sens : La mort à un travail mais ne l'a pas accomplie, le destin à donc rattrapé la jeune fille en mourrant par "accident"

Live life with no regrets for there is but ONE thing certain when one is born and THAT is the fact that one will die. You cannot cheat death and your fate. Beautiful story. Even when Death took pity on the little girl, Fate did not.

Maravilloso.. esto nos hace saber que no importa que tan duro seamos de corazón.. a cualquiera se le puede hablandar el corazón con un simple gesto o una simple sonrisa de amor.

Tres bon!!! One of the best I have seen. Very good story and animation. I love the details like the girl's hair and especially the stone walls and buildings.
