I must say that I'm not quite sure if Im "living" all the 7 principles, but I have to say that when a person is focusing on what they have and NOT what they dont have, that helps alot in transforming ones life. Also when reaching the state that you are grateful, even for just breathing in and out and waking up every day is very beautiful to be aware of.
