For some reason, I love the tiny smile on his face when he hands the customer the treat at the end, like "I know you waited a long time and thankyou for waiting and I promise you this is going to be so worth that wait!!" He really seems proud of his creation, and rightly so..!! ❤❤

The cook is so well mannered. When he asked a question and interrupted the cook with "I know" as he was explaining, I wouldn't have been able to keep my composure if I were him. Props to him for that

What a patient and honorable man. Just an FYI: It is extremely rude and offensive to interrupt and talk down to others. I was very pleased with how he handled himself. I also greatly appreciated his explaining what the name of the cakes meant. ☺

The videographer is pretty rude interrupting the imagawayaki patissiere ...why would ask what the name is if you already knew it ...but patissiere keeps calm and keeps working, this is beyond excellent technique and attitude 😁
