Flooding at the Renforth Park Wharf

Publicado 2023-05-01
the annual spring flooding alone the Kennebecasis River, here is what the Renforth Park wharf looks like, the last time we were here was March21 and the ice was melting, each year as the snow melts in the central and northern part of the province (New Brunswick) and spring rains cause the river to over flow it's banks, from the debris line the water is receding and should be back to normal by mid May, at the end of the video is a picture of the worst flooding that happened in spring 2018 where the lighthouse was surrounded by water

Wow Craig its funny to think that the wharf is now buried , i remember the video of the ice melting here. That lighthouse is so lovely and i can see where the debris has been washed up. Interesting to see it in different weather conditions :) ~ Anna 👍
