He also discusses the positive impact children with disabilities have on the world. Janice Fialka and Richard are sought after experts, authors, global speakers and presenters on several aspects of disability, inclusion, independence-interdependence, empowerment, community and education. Their son Micah is one of the stars of the acclaimed film "Intelligent Lives". He is a teaching assistant at Syracuse University. Micah has an intellectual disability.
