Her life off grid in Portugal just got a lot more comfortable with the yurt and she's made a few other small improvements on her land, too. It's all about taking little steps but moving towards a more comfortable life and she's making some amazing progress!

The yurt looks fabulous! I totally love it! But does it give you adequate protection from the heat? I think Sinead should build a compost toilet and shower combo. Stone ruin? Also when the deck is built, a sheltered out door kitchen would be awesome. There would be enough space inside in cold rainy weather. Amazing!👍🙂🇨🇦

Beautiful craftsmanship! I agree that curved structures are so much nicer inside than straight, flat walls. When I lived in India, the inside of a mud hut was my favorite place to be and we have stayed in some amazing hogans in the U.S. Southwest.
