  • His supervisor treated him like garbage and I'm glad he quit.
  • @RD-io6sm
Seemed very toxic. Glad he stood up and left. I hope he finds success and the stability he needs for his child.
  • As a Security Manager, that Supervisor should be fired. You don't do that shit on camera. She did worse than he did.

A good man helping another good man! What a great story!

This is the kind of news I want to see in this world. Less negativity, more positivity.
  • Lady your employee got attacked and you worrying about policy?
  • @almondf23
That lady supervisor is the dumbest supervisor ever.
  • As a security guard myself, nothing but respect for this guy. He did what a lot of us want to do but aren’t allowed to do.
  • That supervisor is a POS. Good for him for knowing his worth and finding another company to work for.
  • Not only did his new employer hire him after hearing the terrible experience in his job, but he also offered to help him upgrade his security level simultaneously. Wholesome!

Here is a guy who was doing his JOB! He was protecting the business he was hired to protect. He was defending their property. Instead of being appreciative and showing him love, they want to mistreat him, treat HIM like the criminal and try to publicly embarrass him. Why? That's absolutely ridiculous! I'm so glad someone gave him a job because that guy really deserved better. I'm glad he quit on camera too! He has pride in himself and won't allow himself to just be mistreated for a job. Kudos to that security officer who is now going on to better things.
  • A security guy facing 2 on 1 with courage answers a lot of questions for his new employer! I'm thinking he should have been commended. A true hero!
  • The one security guard that actually does his job and they pushed him away.
  • This man deserved a raise, not a reprimand!! This dude is the EXACT person I would want as a security officer!

This is what the culture should be about. Brother helping a brother get steady and put in the right direction.
