  • Senator Menendez is rightfully found guilty by the jury. He belongs in jail.

Its time to stop the corruption and bring justice to our govt.
  • @romeo82587
It's about time he should of been in jail a long time ago

Menendez corruption was incredibly blatant. He obviously never thought he'd even be investigated, after all, keeping the bribes in cash and gold in your freaking suit pocket says 'I'll never be subject to a search warrant." If a politician that's served so long is so blase about bribes, you have to wonder about those politicians who are a bit more subtle, cautious and smarter. We also have ask ourselves about the character of the people we vote for, where this man obviously feels that he's perfectly entitled to take bribes.

NO ONE is above the law. Democrats are glad to see him go. Wish the GOP would hold their own accountable.

If he can get those gold bars to the Supreme Court, this will all go away. 😮

When is it Justice Clarence Thomas turn to face charges!
  • Will they prosecute Thomas? If the allegations are true, he has taken many more favors than this.

He absolutely shouldn’t be allowed to be on release. Rather than go to prison I could see him choosing any other possible way out- even escaping to another country. Rich people think they are entitled and deserve better than others.
  • @DaleHartley
He will end up appealing it, and try to stay in the Senate until that appeal.

The amazing thing is there are a bunch of legal ways to be corrupt, like insider trading open to senators and he still chose the illegal path.

This is how it is supposed to work regardless of office or party. Equal Under The Law.

what do you mean "if they prove"? they did prove it. he's guilty and needs to be taken into custody. he's a flight risk.
