As much as I love Pokemon, I don't always trust the information we're given about each Pokemon in the Pokedex. I mean, the professors are the only ones updating any of that info, so there's no way to fact-check them. Or at least that's how it used to be. I always thought the Pokedex was intentionally filled with lies cause they want to keep that pokemon are ALL intelligent under wraps to keep the trainer thing going.
