Nolan slowly panicking in the puddle while Jobe is laughing maniacally is awesome!
  • 15:35 the beeping is the airbag module. You no longer have your airbag impact sensors on the front so it beeps 5x in a set of 5 every 45ish minutes to let you know the system has a fault. The module is in the passanger kick panel just unplug it and take it out. Should be a blue box. Will not hurt anything if you remove it. Ive owned five 96 rangers and all had that issue. Hope you see this and it helps.

Nolan: "the truck is really bouncing"
    Justin: "Sooo are myyy boooobs!"

    Lines had me rolling :D

The microwave beeping is a great feature on the truck. 10/10 🔥

I’m so happy another “money pit” style series is here. The builds like hi low, money pit, and the one offs like James motor swap are my comfort vids

i'm not sure if you guys realize it or not, but you are the show to replace Top Gear. You have the chemistry, charisma, and the outlandishness that made that show successful. I literally had one of those goofy smiles on my face after watching this. Your passion comes through and that is so enamoring and authentic. Been watching you guys for years and love the progress and direction it's going. It's also cool to hear my name in the show. :)
  • Yeah... I need you guys to focus 100% on this vehicle from now on! I just can't wait to see where this goes!

Nolan is a fecking madman and he's definitely my favorite on the entire channel. He jumped this thing like his life depended on it but also said its so smooth as his heads slamming into the ceiling lol

Thought my internet stopped at 12:22 💀

Edit: They fixed the corrupt file

15:34 I used to have a 1998 Ranger. It used to beep five times and repeat five times. If thats what is happening in your Ranger, its because the airbag indicator light is burnt out. When the indicator is out, it beeps to alert you that the airbag is on. To stop the beeping, all you should have to do is replace the indicator light.

THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO SERIES!!
I, literally, was at The Mint 400 this past weekend, as the fuel man, on a friend's, Sportsman Class Truck, and I was blown away!!!! I had tons of questions, and "EVERYBODY" was willing to talk to me and help me understand that event!! There were even a few classic trucks, running leaf springs!! So this video series is perfectly timed for me, because I am very curious as to what it takes to build such a truck, and hopefully, finish the race!!
  • 21:39 Put a couple turns on the rebound tube of the rear bypasses and pull a couple turns out of the lower compression tube- should help with the bucking.
You guys could do a full episode on shock tuning!

I never thought I would be so excited to watch anything related to an old ford ranger but by god am I happy you guys are doing it. This is some class act content. Can’t wait for the next episode. I hope you compile the whole build series into a big video at the end.

At 6:50 drum brakes have a higher initial clamping force than comparably sized discs, but they overheat quickly. Rear drums are great for a daily driver because they wear more slowly than discs so they're overall low maintenance.
