I watched 1 officer with NO BACK UP pit manuever a truck and yank the man out his window at gunpoint. Hand cuffed him on the hood of his patrol car all in one clean motion. These cops are a joke.

While this was happening, a different driver struck a fire hydrant in a nearby neighborhood causing a major leak. Our maintenance crew could not reach the break, because the highway was closed, before the storage tank was drained. They did reach it before water service was fully lost.
