Jordan detractors act like Pippen was an all-time great player right out of the gate. They also claim that Jordan played in a weak era full of plumbers while also somehow simultaneously always having the best supporting cast of all time.

Michael Jordan is the only reason that Pippen is and was ever relevant, and Pippen knows that and is capitalizing off of it. He's still riding Jordan's coattails to this day.

Iโve been saying for years, Pippen is the most overrated player in NBA history. If it wasnโt for MJ, no one would have ever heard of Pippen.
