I had a time of it getting my new insurance to approve Omnipod. Months of denials followed by an email saying, “Oops, we didn’t mean to deny it.”
So, I ran low on my spare Omnipods, and I really don’t like dealing with their customer service line. I am using my extra Tandem supplies (at least 10 sites worth) to rebuild my Omnipod cushion.

    Sad to hear about the terrible customer service with Omnipod for you. I used to use the Medtronic 670G. Ended up disliking the pump. But I have nothing but praise for their wonderful customer service people. They were the best of the best.
