"the internet thought we were bad at working on subarus" hilarious
-
Sandro is the most mechanic looking mechanic EVER
-
Sandro is always saying “that’s dope” and I love it😂 like, “shit you blew the head gasket?” - THATS DOPE. “Damn, that guy crashed his car” - THATS DOPE. Thank you Sandro ❤😂

Sandro and Jeremiah are a great duo...keep bringing him back. Hes got a chill laid back sense of humor
-
Jeremiah and Sandro are the best duo without them even knowing it.
-
I love the chill mechanic who's just like "let it evaporate bro".

For those that don't know, the truck that launched it's engine out wasn't broken motor mounts. Pullers like that have strengthened everything in the engine to the point the block itself is now the weakest point. That truck blew the top half of the block, head and all, right out of the truck. You can see in a different picture of the truck after that the crank and pistons were in it and the cylinders were in the part that launched out.
-
In case anyone was wondering that semi that lost its engine during the pull was probably pushing close to 130-140 psi on triple turbos. The pullers go hard

This is going to be my favorite channel, don't tell those guys at donut media 👀

The run away diesel was a constant risk when I worked in the oil patch. All trucks and equipment were required to have positive air shut-off systems incase of a gas leak. Crazy stuff.
-
Sandro never fails to make me laugh. Seems like such a chill dude
-
Runaway diesels usually are a matter of an internal oil leak, the diesel will start to burn the oil as fuel even after you cut the fuel injectors off.
-
Little know fact here, in order to complete a true, 100% percent oil change, you can't just drain the oil and replace it. That leaves all the old oil on the interior parts.... to make sure all used oil is gone, it's common practice to leave the pan off and bang the rev limiter for at least 3 minutes to burn off the used oil. Pro shops dont want you to know this performance technique.

thanks for explaining what happened to my childhood school bus that one time. She was an old girl that broke down a lot, we had to cross on a ferry to get to school and one day when the driver was warming her up, he stood outside to talk to a parent and the bus started just revving and it got pretty high pitched. Never saw that driver run before or since. now i know why

Just imagine a shirt for Sandro saying I see you did it for the boys. With a blown engine while he's next to the shot out connecting rod. 😂
-
Sandro is one of my favorite guests.
-
Getting the water out of the engine at 15:00 was so cool to see the firing order or the engine.
-
if anyone is old enough to remember when ABC used to do the wide world of sports back in the day, you use to see some of the old top fuel dragsters blow the top end off their motors at times. was always spectacular to watch!
