The giant beast known as #BoaConstrictor, appears to have been discovered by workers logging parts of the Dominican rainforest. Excavators lift giant snakes in the Dominican rainforest.

Dominica, a Caribbean paradise only 29 miles long and 16 miles wide, has been dubbed "the Nature Island" due to its diverse wildlife.

The snake is a kind of a poisonous boa constrictor, according to New York Post, which can grow to be 4m long, is one of the island's natural snakes. Boa constrictors bite their prey with their teeth before wrapping themselves around them and squeezing them to death. However, the type of snake seen in the viral video is still unknown.

Anacondas are also native to the Boa Species. In Fact, Anacondas are the largest snake in this species. The only other snakes that can grow as large and long as the Anacondas are the pythons. Pythons can grow more than 30ft in length but are not as humongous as Anacondas. Therefore, a medium-sized Anaconda can easily outweigh the largest python.

In the footage, you can hear the surprised man shooting, saying, “What’s my mother?” Snakes that are at least 13 feet long are alive while being lifted by bargains.

Thank you for watching the video. ❤️

I'm a builder, and look at where the operator in the cab is, his head is at least 6-8' from the ground and the arm is at least 10-12' above him and there about 4' of the snakes body going through that box or whatever it is. So on a minimum you have 6' + 10' + 4' + 10' + 6'= 36' minimum, but I would guess closer to 40'.

I had to rewatch this video a few times just to understand how truly terrifying that snake looks!!

    It's reminding the Anaconda movie.

How long do you think it was? Also how old do you think it was? how long to get that gigantic?
  • I read somewhere else where this snake was 6.1 meters long (20 feet). No way! That is impossible. This snake is at least 40 feet long if not more. It is too bad they couldn't measure it. I read that it was relocated to a safer place.🐍
  • What an absolute leviathan! I think even the big cats of the same jungle would give this a wide berth. 🤯

Soooo.... it's back is broken, look his tail isn't moving. This snake was most certainly killed after this. They do still have a spine and most people forget this.

Is this a new species? I never knew there were snakes that big? Have comparably sized snakes been discovered before this?
