Hey there. I'll be opening this laptop up soon to replace the problematic SSD it came with (LiteOn). Some people say you need a Torx 5.5 but you mention a 5. Did this work well for you without stripping the screw head? Also, is it necessary to remove the heat sink to replace the SSD or can it be wiggled out?

Looks like you had trouble removing one of the screws, hence the nasty scratch on the casing.
