The Parallels Between Denji and Finn

The fact that adventure time (my childhood) inspired my favorite anime makes me so happy

Finn wears the jake suit, pochita wears the denji suit Finn has jake tattoo to his heart. And denji heart is literally pochita. And many more weird concidences and connections.

I enjoy the fact that both Denji and Fin grows up and mature. Since I think people forget that at the start it seems like Denji has the emotional maturity of a young teenager. Where he didn’t experience any human love and connection. So when he want to touch boobs in the beginning, he actually wanted human connection and love. I can’t believe that the anime that is know for being down bad is deep. The author is a true genius. Edit: I also now just notice that Denji in part 1 was being groomed by Maikma since she’s an adult and he’s like only 16-17.

One parallel I like to make between Chainsaw Man and Adventure Time is Phoebe and Reze Both are the protagonists' first actual relationship, and both are the "actual start" to the progression of their character arcs, at least voluntarily

the fact that these two series are my TOP FAVORITES EVER is absolutely amusing. i relate to denji and finn a lot, as a transitioning transmasc, and no wonders why. "Hey bro did you watch that one serie with a blonde teenager guy with his magic dog going on crazy adventures?" "...which one?"

Now which one would win in a fight? My money is unironically on Finn
